• Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. The adult agrees to be responsible for the actions and conduct of the minors they supervise. Please keep your children with you at all times! If your children are abandoned at any time, we reserve the right to ask you vacate the building.
• After 10PM any guest under the age of 21 will not be allowed to enter the building, even if they are with an adult.
• Inappropriate behavior or conduct will not be tolerated. This includes any use of profanity or other behavior socially inappropriate for a public family facility.
• Docks is a smoke free environment. You may not smoke in the restrooms.
• Docks will not allow anyone to enter the building that has shown signs of previous alcohol consumption.
• Our dress code is casual but management reserves the right to determine if style of dress or wording or images on clothing is appropriate.
• No loitering.

Dress to Impress:

The following policies are to help ensure that our facility remains a positive environment for all races, religions & sexes. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. Carrying or displaying weapons of any kind except those carried by certified law enforcement officers in the performance of their duties.

2. Clothing with obscene sexual or pornographic messages. Clothing that may offend a particular sex, race, religious group, nationality or ethnicity.

3. Sagging pants or pants that portray your underwear or lack there of.

4. Collared shirts are preferred. Men may not wear tank tops.

5. Baseball caps must be forward facing. You may wear a hooded sweatshirt but please remove the hood once entering the building. No bandanas, do rags or skullies.

6. No clothing of any type with holes or tears.

7. No shower shoes. You may wear flip flops of a dress nature. All flip flops must have a sole.

8. NO COLORS OF ANY KIND.

9. No backpacks.
